Cherkasy Collegium "Berehynia" is a modern general secondary education institution that has been providing high-quality education for over fifty years by combining strong academic traditions, innovative teaching approaches, and active international cooperation.
Today, the Collegium educates 924 students, while the educational process is supported by 60 highly qualified teachers who continuously enhance their professional skills and implement modern European educational practices.
Particular attention is paid to developing 21st-century competencies, digital literacy, active citizenship, national identity, and students' integration into the international educational community.
Specialization
The Collegium provides complete general secondary education in accordance with the national educational standards and offers pre-profile education through advanced study of the Ukrainian language and Mathematics.
Students learn two foreign languages — English and German.
The educational process focuses on developing critical thinking, creativity, digital competence, entrepreneurship, research skills, communication, and intercultural cooperation.

Cherkasy Collegium "Berehynia" was founded and became one of the leading general secondary schools in the city of Cherkasy.2016
Beginning of active international cooperation. The Collegium joined the eTwinning programme, launching international educational projects and establishing partnerships with schools across Europe.2020
The Collegium received the prestigious eTwinning School Label 2020–2021, recognizing excellence in international cooperation, digital culture, teamwork, and innovative educational practices.2026
The school was awarded the eTwinning School Label 2026–2027 for the second time. Today, the Collegium is one of Ukraine's leading schools in international educational cooperation, successfully implementing international projects, introducing modern European educational practices, and expanding partnerships with schools across Europe.International Activities
Cherkasy Collegium "Berehynia" is actively integrated into the European educational area. Since 2016, the school has been an active participant in the eTwinning programme, implementing international educational projects, collaborating with schools from different European countries, and participating in professional networks, international seminars, training events, and educational programmes. These international activities contribute to the development of students' language skills, intercultural communication, digital literacy, critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. Our teachers are active members of international professional communities, regularly delivering workshops, training sessions, and sharing their experience in implementing innovative educational practices.
